A cultural home for Latina women in the music industry.
Cueva is a place to land.
Inside Cueva
Cueva comes from my family’s name and from the culture that raised me, one where belonging was built through shared meals, stories, music, and showing up for one another.
I grew up in a family of men, and they gave me the one thing most people spend their lives searching for: a place where you don't earn your belonging. You simply have it.
As I got older, I realized I had never experienced that same feeling in a room full of women.
So I built it.
Why Cueva
For over a decade, I worked in the high-stakes rooms of the music industry, alongside artists, executives, and some of the most remarkable women I’ve known.
What stayed with me wasn't the industry itself.
It was the people.
The questions that surfaced when a chapter ended. The identities that shifted beneath success, loss, change, and growth. The moments when achievement created more questions than answers.
Cueva was created for those moments.
Today, Cueva is a community and advisory home for Latina women in music navigating the intersection of identity, creativity, and ambition.
A place for conversation, reflection, and belonging
Doors
There are three ways inside. You find the one that fits where you are.
